Returns & Refunds

Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return is within 7 days of Receipt 
• State of return in original unworn condition with no stains tears or damage 
• Reason for return is for any reason from not being suitable or not satisfied with the product or the item does not fit or does not meet your expectation . 
• Process for return - please contact us via email on admin@thevintageroom.com.au to arrange return, return postage is at your cost , refund is on receipt of the item via how you initially paid. 
• Process of refund is via payment method originally used to purchase .
