Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns on any product sold in store or Online are as follows :-

Returns are always accepted on any item except Sale Priced Item . 

* Returns are to be done within 7 days of Receipt of the item -Refund option is no longer available - Only Store credit is provided and have no Expiry until fully used .
* Exchanges on items for different Sizing comes in additional postage cost for swapped item which must be paid prior to swap occurring .  
* Returned Items Postage cost is at your cost .
* Items purchased under Sale are not eligible for return - please check with us prior to purchase for measurement checks .

Refunds is not possible on any item purchased , the return process is a full credit provided And can be applied to any item in store with no expiry until used . 

Exchanges in sizes is possible at an additional cost of shipping of your swapped item to you and is payable at time of return . 

Returns are accepted only within 7 days of Receipt . 

Returns are accepted if you use Store credit to be applied to one or more products over an open period of time.

Return cost of Postage is born by you 

The Store is NOT RESPONSABLE  for LOSS OF PARCEL by Australia Post . We Strongly suggest  you look at Postage product insurance at time of ordering  your item and advise you to do an upgrade to Express + Insured shipping options upon selection via Parcel Post. 

Failure to take that option is at your risk if Loss of parcel occurs in the Australia Postal System.
Unfortunately this Occurrence of Lost Parcel is outside of our control and is the Issue of the Shipping company .
