Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns on any product sold in store are as follows :-

Returns are always accepted on any item 

* Returns are to be done within 7 days of Receipt of the item
* Exchanges are Available on any product in store & online . Refunds in full is possible less payment transaction fees , however  a full credit is available to be used on any product with no expiry
* Returned Items Postage cost is at your cost .

Refunds is now possible on any item purchased , the refund process is less the payment transaction fees charged , however a full credit can also be provided And applied in any item in store with no expiry until used . 

Exchanges however is possible with other Products if Returns are done within 7 days of Receipt . 

Returns are accepted if you use Exchange for full value or a credit to be applied to one or more products over an open period of time.

Return cost of Postage is born by you as we do send you your parcel free of cost and via Express Parcel Post.
