LAYBY - Terms & Conditions for Items in Store Only .

At The Vintage Room, we believe that fashion should be both affordable and sustainable and accessible Financially .
OUR LAYBY TERMS ARE AS FOLLOWS
A) STANDARD LAYBY FOR EXISTING ITEMS IN STORE ( not ordered in ) require an initial deposit of 30% to activate your Layby - payment of this deposit must be paid within 6 hours to prevent an auto cancellation of your order .

# Regular payments must be made within a minimum of one payment per month to avoid your Layby terminating early and voiding your payments from being refunded or returned .
TERM OF STANDARD LAYBYS IS 3 MONTHS.
Please note - deposits required to start your layby is  30% for Standard Layby with a Minimum Deposit must not be below $150 to commence your Layby .
#NOTE AFTERPAY AS A PAYMENT  METHOD IS NOT ACCEPTED ON LAYBYS ( due to excessive cost )
