The Vintage Room does offer FREE STANDARD shipping Australia Wide for orders - you have the option to upgrade to Express at $5 additional cost . Please also note we offer Free Standard International shipping to New Zealand on any purchases 

WE DO NOT OFFER  FREE OR REDUCED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

The Vintage Room does offer  shipping to other counties via Standard International shipping . This Shipping cost does NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE - this is an extra cost paid by you at your request . Extra Shipping plus Insurance if requested  must be paid prior to shipping this order to you
WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE U.S.A. DUE TO TARRIFF CHARGE UNCERTAINTIES 

We do not offer free InternationaL shipping - please email us your request prior to ordering 

The Vintage Room does suggest you do message us to find out what the additional cost is to send your parcel .

Our store does provide a subsidised shipping which does mean you may have to pay an additional cost from $10 - $25 Aud in additional shipping cost to your country pending size of your parcel and weight  .

A quote can be provided and confirmed . 

Please Note cancelling your order and a refund will be processed via the method that you paid - PayPal or Credit Card 

the refund will be less the transaction fees that we incur in processing the refund charged by the payment provider that you used to pay . 

Fees charged and deducted are the transaction fees charged to us to process the transaction purchase .

ie PayPal and Credit card:- Visa , Mastercard , Amex 

When we refund your payment those charges remained charged to us and are not reimbursed to us and this leaves us out of pocket .
Even if we immediately do the refund in the first 24 hours those charges remain charged to us . 

We do highly recommend that you do message us or email us via Admin@Thevintageroom.com.au to work out what is the reduced cost that you will incur to ship your item to your country and location .
We do highly recommend you do this prior to placing any order with us and therefore prior to placing an order or making a payment to purchase to avoid loss of any funds in the process of your return .
